When a hotel is directly affiliated with Moonback, multiple rooms can be booked at the same time. If this option is available, you can specify the desired number of rooms in the search bar.

The reservation number is listed at the top of your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please email us at support@moonback.com and we will check the status of your reservation and will share your reservation number with you as soon as possible.
