You will then receive a 6-digit code by email that you can use to log in. Yes, you can. To add users to the Moonback account:

1. Log in as an administrator (admin) at
2. Go to the Admin tab
3. Click the "Invite new user" button
4. Enter the new user’s email address and choose his/her role
5. The new user will receive an invitation to join the Moonback account.

We are constantly improving our Partner Portal. The non-refundable rate has recently become available in our rate plan. Please let us know via if you would like to add this rate type and we would be happy to help.
